application case of circulating water
application introductionproduction water is injected into the coal water pool of circulating water field and pumped by circulating cold water pump to the heat exchanger of each production unit. after temperature rising, the circulating cooling water return is directly pumped to cooling tower under the residual pressure. the cooling tower is of counterflow type using mechanical ventilation. the inside hot water exchanges heat with cold air via medium and cools down. then it flows into the bottom collecting basin and suction basin before being pumped by circulating water pump to the circulating cold water pipe network. the circulating water pump and cooling tower fan can use frequency converter control to achieve the result of saving energy.
